INTERAGRO SRL –  BAG PRODUCTION FACILITY

One of the newest companies belonging to the InterAgro Group is the polypropylene/polyethylene factory in Zimnicea, with an investment of more than 1 million EURO.

Incorporated in 2007, the factory has already produced in excess of 4 million bags. The product range includes polyethylene and polypropylene bags, mainly for use in the fertiliser and grain  industries.

Both the film and the bags are manufactured on the polyethylene line, through an extrusion process with automatic cutting and binding.   The gunnysack line is more complex, using an extruder for producing the fibre, and including a circular weaving machine, automatic cutting and binding sack machinery, sewing and printing machines.

There is also a specialised recycling line where the products are melted and granulated, thereby ensuring  minimum wastage.
